What to expect
I utilize my intuition to download the Daily Practice from Source. My intention for each email is to receive the guidance that is of the highest good for all involved. Since these are channeled messages, please know that the length of each message will vary.
One agreement that I have with Source is that my messages are practical and actionable. I believe that integration is an important part of turning knowledge into wisdom and I want to support you in embodying your truth (not just thinking about it). That means that every email will have an action step for you to explore.
You will receive an email from me at 5:00 am Pacific Time every day that you are subscribed to the Daily Practice. Depending on when you purchased, it may take up to 48-hours to start receiving the Daily Practice. I appreciate your patience.
