Are you lacking motivation?

Have you been lacking motivation? Perhaps the lack of structure or variety in working from home is taking it's toll. Maybe it's the planets that are currently retrograde (there are 4 of them!). Or maybe it's just that time in your own personal cycle and your body is asking for rest.

Regardless of the cause, I want you to know that you are not alone. The whole reason that I'm writing about this topic today is because it has come up in so many conversations recently. There are a number of amazing souls out there who are taking a pause and many others who are actively resisting the call. Regardless of which approach you take, I want you to know that this feeling is coming to you for a reason. Put on your curiosity cap and explore it. I also have two invitations that might be helpful.

The first invitation is to surrender to the wisdom and guidance of your heart (especially if it says slow down or even do nothing). I know that sounds scary and the mind is going to tell you a million and one reasons why it's the worst idea in the world. But I need you to know that your heart's guidance is the magical doorway that opens you to the universal potential that lies beyond your wildest dreams. Trust it. Be in it. Allow yourself the time and space to do only the things your heart truly desires (even if your heart desires space for nothingness).
