Invitation to pause

I invite you to take a moment and pause.

Allow your eyes to rest open or drift closed.

Take a few breaths that are a little longer and slower than normal.

Allow your awareness to sink into your heart center.

Imagine breathing in and out through the tender center of your heart.

Invite a memory into your awareness that creates a sense of joy, gratitude, compassion or love.

Allow yourself to feel the full expression of that feeling in your heart center.

Continue to breathe into that space for a few more breath cycles.

Notice what you notice and then return when you are ready.

Practice often and keep track of what you notice. I have no doubt that this will change your life if you let it.
