Monday Message: Listen with your heart

The following is a channeled message from Spirit: This culmination of events was necessary to capture the attention of all. As you well know, the human race is very resistant to change. You have minds that are hard wired for survival and for most of your lives survival has meant familiarity. You are being awaken at this time because you do not realize that clinging to the old familiar was not leading to survival. It was leading to a slow extinction that some of you did realize but were too few in number to create global change. What is being asked of you now is to awaken your awareness and see with fresh eyes the opportunities that now surround you. Yes, there are structures that are crumbling and that may feel terrifying. But in order to create new life and a new way of being, one must create space where there was previously no room. There will be many great things born from this time of great change. Things that will change your lives now and things that will change the lives for those yet to come. Yes, there is a great returning home of souls that is happening at this time. For many, their work here is done and for others there is a new mission at play. Many will be returning for this next phase of existence with new bodies and lifespans. This is a time of grief and also a time of joy. Your ability to accept and experience both is part of why you are here now. There is no pain that is unending if you choose for that to be true. There is also no joy that is unattainable if you choose for that to be true. Now is a time of great change. The only thing that will hold you back from this New Earth is yourself. Do not allow the fear to keep you trapped in the old world. There are many truth speakers alive in this world, so called "light workers" who are guiding the masses (some are even doing it one person at a time). Find your light worker and listen. Listen to what they say. Listen to what your heart responds with and then listen with the mind. The mind will cling to the old ways until it realizes that the truth is much safer than fear. So start by listening with the heart. Feel the expansion that fills your body when you hear the truth. That is how you will know that you are on the right path.
