Monday Message: Which option will you chose?

The following is a channeled message from Spirit:

It is in the times of your greatest discomfort that you will experience the greatest growth. Yet, we want you to know that this will not always be true. As you continue your healing and conscious evolution, you will find there is another way to experience your Soul's growth. This way is through love, joy and abundance. There will come a time when you will be unburdened by the weight of your 3rd dimensional reality. At this point, you will have a choice to make. Will you step towards freedom, joy and bliss or will you return to continue your life's lessons through discomfort, fear and scarcity. This choice is available to you now (if you believe it to be so). The only question is which option will you choose?
