In life, you do get to choose. You get to choose everything and that is not meant to be intimidating. It is meant to create a sense of freedom and empowerment. Each moment of every day allows you to choose the same or different. If you want a different result, you must choose a different action. It is truly that simple. It is only the mind that creates complexity and resistance.
